Hello, I have a question. If and when the cheat gets dtc again and I had an active subscription would the subscription be paused?

Based on what I can deduce, if you have an active subscription and there's considerable down time due in no part to yourself, then your time is compensated.

The lost time will either get compensated or all subs will be freezed, that depends on the admins but either of those two things will definitely happen.
