Based on what I can deduce, if you have an active subscription and there's considerable down time due in no part to yourself, then your time is compensated.

Based on logical deduction, the wait time for verification is not consistent or static. It depends in numerous factors; such as the details on your application, the software you're applying for, how busy they are, and just whether or not they even want to work on verification.

If the HWID spoofer was not reliable, they wouldn't sell it, it wouldn't be logical. The issue that comes into play, is that with a HWID spoofer, that's an entire new area to constantly have to maintain. So rationally, it adds another vector of consideration to be taken into possible detection.
