Can I use the program with the hwid spoofer?

I got hwid ban.
Isn't there anything that prevents me from using the program just because I use the spoofer?

Yes, you can use spoofers with the cheeses from elusion, but that depends on the spoofer you're using. You need to start the loader/cheese first and inject it into the game and THEN use the spoofer and you'll be fine. DON'T start the cheese again while you're still spoofed, you'll get HWID locked and need to request a reset. If it's a one time spoofer, you need to reboot your PC to get your original serials back. Once you've rebooted, you can re-do the whole process as described above.

Keep in mind that using a spoofer increases your chances to get detected as they can also ban you for using a spoofer.
