If you use just the esp function for items and players, you should be good no problem. Now if you start turning on players and bopping them in ways that don't seem very legitimate and sketchy... then you can be running a risk. I've used this cheat a lot mainly for the esp, can't seem to get the aimbot portion lined up properly, but I have had no issues or bans. Link to comment
