Features for The Cycle: Frontier?

Okay so I looked at the menu, and in the misc menu their is an option for Noclip / Fly Hack, however I have never seen a single person use this feature before? Is their a preview of this feature anywhere?

We were the first and to my knowledge the only one to have a ingame flyhack. Keep in mind its a very high risk feature and most users dont really use it (we are more or less legit cheaters).
