Does buying a week of Tarkov cheats come with a spoofer?

I've never used cheats before but was wondering if I'd need to spoof just in case I get banned?

Not planning to rage or anything but mainly want to hang lowkey and get quests done.

You can spoof without having HWID bans if you want to be safe with your real HWID. It's not needed but can be done.
Usually the spoofer is used after you've already been banned once.
