which cheese are you referring to also could you possibly do (windows key) winver so we can see a better look of the H ver (ex 20H1)

ahhh okay you’re just running 1803, from my experience 1803-1909 usually is OK for running R6 cheeses so it should work for you. If not you can always open a ticket and they will compensate/refund you.
