People don't do it enough. Drink water, eat food, don't be a fucking turbo virgin and hit max level on whatever game you're playing in one week when it's meant to be achieved over months of time.

My eyes start getting sore after like 5+ hours that’s when I normally stop but most times it’s when I can’t physically stay awake anymore

Since I stopped smoking, breaks are rare lol. Not sure if healthier or unhealthier

well I do breaks after 2 hours or so, drink something relaxe a bit and then start playing again

All the time. I have periods when i'm playing every day, after few days i got bored and then i need pause from computers, first because of games, second because i'm programmer and even in my job i'm sitting and working on laptop 😄 so it's allways good to go out, camping, or just chilling outside.
