as a new player, under level 15, i would just focus on shooting legs and get as high flesh damage as possible. You can check out https://escapefromtarkov.fandom.com/wiki/Ballistics. A good alternate is something like a bolt action, they can 1 shoot with ammo you can buy from level 1 i believe up to armor level 5

Ive read there was an skeleton aim for eft for head/spine/body. i was wondering if there will be a leg aim soon, or is that not in the making. It might have a lower report rate then getting 3 headshots in a row?
